PERIOD RESTORATIONS
VIRGINIA PARK, VIRGINIA WATER BEAUTIFUL PERIOD RESIDENCE
This magnificent 5 storey townhouse with its majestic tower, high ceilings and period features is in Crossland House – the original site of Thomas Holloway’s Victorian Hospital designed by William Henry Crossland in an elaborate Franco-Gothic style and built between 1873 and 1885. The house is now part of the beautiful gated residential estate of Virginia Park in Virginia Water.
The already impressive house has been sympathetically refurbished and enhanced to present a stunning new contemporary look. Our total refurbishment included removal of a large internal wall to create a splendid new staircase and allow access into the basement internally. The ground floor was completely remodelled with the installation of a fabulous individual kitchen and fully fitted study. Three bathrooms have been totally refitted with impressive contemporary style sensitive to the character home. The elegant transformation was finished with new electrics throughout, fitted wardrobes in the bedroom and decoration to all rooms.
