LALEHAM RESCUE OF DERELICT PARK HOUSE

This Georgian detached house was originally part of the Lucan Estate and had been derelict since 1971.  Our Design & Build team brought it back to life and saved this amazing property in it’s beautiful secluded park setting.  We worked with Conservation Officers to recreate the original exterior with beautiful custom made aluminium windows to accurately replicate the originals.  Our interior design team then sympathetically created the period interior.

Following dereliction, fire and vandalism the property was in a bad state and dangerously close to demolition.  We painstakingly restored and virtually rebuilt the whole house using reclaimed materials to form a stunning three-bedroom property full of character.
